Ted is of course correct that every domain-specific corpus carries its
own idiosyncracies.

A slight correction is in order, which really just underlines the
point: The factor of 5+ difference between 'right' and 'left' arises
from the informal nature of the material -- 'right' is far and away
the most common discourse rhetorical marker in use, as in "Right,
that's okay, right, what's next?"
