NLPRS'95, which will be held from December 4-7, 1995 in Seoul, Korea, is
the third forums to bring together NLP researchers in the Pacific-Rim area
for scientific exchange and presentation. The program will include
tutorials, invited talks, demonstrations, post-workshop as well as tracks
for paper and video presentations.

Dear Colleague,

On behalf of Korean Information Science Society and Information
Processing Society of Japan, I would like to extend my heartfelt
welcome to all of you participating in the 3rd Natural Language
Processing Pacific-Rim Symposium to be held in Seoul from the
4th-7th of December,1995.

NLPRS'95 has been designed to provide a detailed look at the recent
development and progress in natural language processing, particularly
in the Pacific-Rim area. I am sure that it will also make a great
contribution to the promotion of our interests in NLP through mutual
exchange of information and knowledge.

I am very proud to serve as the organizing chairperson for NLPRS'95
and sincerely invite you all to the NLPRS Seoul meeting.

for the Post-workshop on Language Engineering.
The Post-workshop on Language Engineering will be held on 7, December,
just after NLPRS'95.
This workshop will be placed in the Korea National Folklore Museum.
