My need is similar. I do not necessarily need 3 million words, and could
also do without part-of-speech tags (althgough I would prefer them).

In fact a frequence dictionary of English word FORMS would help me even
more. (Now I want to make this from _some_ corpus, to be ready for my main
objective - statistics of word & word form derivation patterns.)
