Can anybody send me information on simple noun-phrase finder or
pattern-matching tools for French, Italian, Japanese, and Chinese?
What are the typical templates/patterns for noun phrases in these
languages?
I will appreciate any lead to papers and books written, available
tools and code, as well as comments and suggestions on noun phrase
processing in these languages.
