I am working on a contrastive analysis of "eye idioms" in English and Japanese,
and am looking for an English corpus I can use for my research. Examples of idi
oms I am looking for are as follows:
catch someone's eye
see eye to eye
keep an eye on
turn a blind eye
have an eye for (etc.)
I would appreciate receiving any information available regarding the existence a
nd/or location of such a corpus.
