The recent Linguistics Databases Conference at the University of
Groningen feature Prof Sylviane Granger as an invited speaker.
She spoke on

"The Computer Learner Corpus: A Testbed for Electronic EFL Tools"

An abstract can be found at

http://www.let.rug.nl/~langdb/

(and following some pointers). Prof. Granger had recently co-chaired
a conference with Prof. Jan Aarts of Nijmegen on this same subject.
