Courses and Programs Taught via Internet

It is the mission of Dakota State University to teach about
and with computers. Previously, DSU courses have been taught
entirely over Internet (for example, a graduate course on
programming for the humanities). If there were interest, the
University is prepared and willing to offer additional courses
via Internet -- such as the following:

Undergraduate courses in composition, technical writing,
creative writing, literature, computer applications in the
humanities, and computer ethics;

The University may propose a master's degree in English with
a focus on technical writing or text processing that could be
completed entirely over Internet.

We would like to know what kinds of courses or programs
potential students want. If you or someone you know would enroll
in a course or program to be taught entirely over Internet,
please send a brief message describing it to Eric Johnson, Dean
of the College of Liberal Arts, at
