The European Information Retrieval Specialist Group of the
Council for European Professional Informatics Societies
(CEPIS/EIRSG) invites applications from young researchers
for funding support to attend the 18th International ACM-SIGIR
Conference in Seattle, USA in July 1995. Funding is restricted
to European or European-based researchers aged 35 or younger
on the date of the conference, who work in information
retrieval or one of its related areas. Further details of
the application procedure may be obtained by sending email to
eirsg-fund@compapp.dcu.ie. The closing date for applications is
24 March 1995.
