Paper: "Corpora and MT"

Does anyone on the list know where I might get a copy
of the paper Yorick Wilks presented at the 4th Annual
MT Summit in Kobe, Japan (1993, I think), entitled,
"Corpora and MT"? I am having a hard time finding the
proceedings from that conference. Also, I would gladly
reimburse the sender for any expenses incurred in faxing
or mailing. Many thanks.
